We carefully inspect every piece before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Processing Time 

• Processing and production times vary depending on the design and whether the item is in stock or custom-made. 
• Estimated completion times will be communicated during the ordering process. 

Shipping Method 

• Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Express 2-Day. 
• All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery for security. 

Shipping Fees 

• Orders over $1,000 qualify for complimentary standard domestic shipping.
• Orders under $1,000 will be charged shipping based on destination and value.

International Shipping 

• International shipping is available.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, customs fees, taxes, and import charges required by their country.

Incorrect Shipping Address 

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address before the order is shipped.

Tara Jewelry LLC is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery dates.

Because every piece is produced specifically for each customer, we maintain the following policies.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged while it is in production or in transit.
• Requests for changes or exchanges may only be made after the item has been delivered. 

Exchanges 

• Approved exchanges are subject to a 30% exchange fee. 
• This fee covers labor, production, refinishing, and administrative costs. 
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges. 
• Items must be returned with receipts and certification

Returns 

• Approved returns are subject to a 50% return fee. 
• Customers will receive a refund equal to 50% of the original purchase price.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse may not qualify for return or exchange.

Every custom jewelry project is created specifically for the individual customer. This includes:

• CAD designs
• Renderings
• Personalized engravings
• Custom gemstone selections
• Special sizing
• Design modifications
  

CAD Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving every CAD rendering, measurement, gemstone selection, and design detail before production begins.

Once written approval is received:

• Production begins immediately. 
• Design changes may no longer be possible.
• CAD approval is considered final.

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before CAD design and rendering work begins.

Refunds

Custom-made jewelry is non-refundable once production has started.

Natural variations in gemstones are normal and are not considered defects.

Tara Jewelry LLC proudly provides a one-year workmanship warranty.

The warranty covers:

• Loose accent diamonds resulting from normal wear 
•  Prong tightening due to normal wear 
•  Repairs related to workmanship 

The warranty does not cover:

• Lost center stones
• Theft Loss of jewelry
• Bent rings
• Broken chains caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
• Damage caused by another jeweler

Any repair or modification performed by another jeweler immediately voids this warranty.

We are happy to service jewelry purchased from Tara Jewelry LLC.

• All repair requests require inspection before work begins.
• Repair costs will be quoted if the repair is not covered under warranty.
• Repair turnaround time depends on the type of work required.
• Customers are responsible for shipping jewelry to Tara Jewelry LLC.
• Return shipping fees will be communicated before shipment.

Proper care will help preserve the beauty of your jewelry.

We recommend:

• Removing jewelry before sports, exercise, swimming, gardening, heavy lifting, or manual labor.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, bleach, chlorine, cleaning products, and other harsh chemicals.
• Cleaning jewelry regularly using jewelry-safe cleaning methods.

•  Storing jewelry separately to minimize scratching.

•  Having jewelry professionally inspected at least once per year.

Every natural diamond and gemstone is unique.

Natural variations include:

• Inclusions
• Color
• Pattern
• Grain
• Surface characteristics

These characteristics are part of the beauty of natural gemstones and are not considered defects. Photographs may appear different due to lighting, photography, and monitor settings.

Lab-grown diamonds:

• Are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds.
• Will be certified by IGI or GIA.
• Typically have different market values than natural diamonds. Customers should understand these differences before purchasing.

All Tara Jewelry LLC jewelry is crafted using solid 18K gold or platinum. Please note:

• White gold may require periodic rhodium plating.
• Rose gold color may vary slightly depending on alloy composition.
• Gold naturally develops scratches and signs of wear over time.
• These characteristics are considered normal.

We accept:

Custom Orders

•  A 50% deposit is required before CAD work begins.

•  The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment or pickup. Orders will not be released until payment has cleared.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct ring size before production.

We offer one complimentary ring resizing when the design allows.

Certain ring styles—including eternity bands, tension settings, and some custom designs—cannot be resized or may require additional charges.

Custom design consultations are available by appointment only.

Appointments may be conducted:

• In person
• Via Zoom

Appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

A 15-minute grace period is provided. Appointments may be rescheduled if the customer arrives more than 15 minutes late.

We respect your privacy.

Information collected may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Shipping and billing addresses
• Payment information
  

Customer information is used solely to process orders, provide customer service, and communicate regarding purchases.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.

We strive to accurately represent every piece of jewelry.

However, due to:

• Photography lighting
• Monitor settings
• Mobile screens 
• Natural gemstone variations

Actual colors, sparkle, size perception, and appearance may vary slightly from product images.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery whenever available.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If a shipment is lost while in transit, Tara Jewelry LLC will assist customers with filing a carrier claim; however, claim approval is determined by the shipping carrier.

Customers should inspect their jewelry promptly upon delivery.

If there are any concerns regarding the order, Tara Jewelry LLC should be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone markets. Orders are not guaranteed until payment or the required deposit has been received.

Tara Jewelry LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, loss, or inability to use our products beyond the amount paid for the item.

These policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. 

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Tara Jewelry LLC, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the policies outlined above.
